CSC 2020 call for symposia

The MSED program committee for the 2020 CSC meeting (to be held May 24-28, 2020, in Winnipeg) seeks proposals for MSED-related symposia. Interested chairs should prepare a document with the title, organizer’s name, affiliation and contact information, requested number of half-days, and a concise description of the proposed symposium and justification. Please submit your proposals to Song Liu (University of Manitoba Divisional CSC 2020 Program Chair for MSED) at Song.Liu@umanitoba.ca by April 23rd, 2019.

MSED Graduate Award — call for submissions

The MSED is happy to announce the opening of the competition for the annual MSED Graduate Award in polymer chemistry. The award is open to all graduate students
who are currently pursuing either a master’s or doctorate degree in the area of polymer science or polymer engineering at a Canadian university. Students having graduated in January 2017 or
afterwards will also be considered for the award.

Call for proposals: 2017 Graduate Award in polymer chemistry

The Macromolecular Science and Engineering Division of the Chemical Institute of Canada announces its 2017 Graduate Award in polymer chemistry. The award is open to all graduate students
who are currently pursuing either a master’s or doctorate degree in the area of polymer science or polymer engineering at a Canadian university. Students having graduated in January 2016 or afterwards will also be considered for the award.

  • CSChE Graduate Poster Competition Prize — Macromolecular Science and Engineering category: Yun-Seck Jun and Jun Geun Um (both from University of Waterloo)
